Wrappo (“we”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect
- Quote request: name, phone number, email (optional), the service you want, and any message you send us.
- Photos: the photos of your kitchen or bathroom that you upload with your request.
- Technical data: your IP address, recorded with your request for security and abuse prevention.
- Visualiser (AI preview): if you use the preview tool, the photo you upload is processed to generate a render. That photo is not stored on our servers.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your quote request and contact you back.
- To prepare and carry out the requested service.
- To generate a visual preview when you use it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We collect this information with your consent, when you submit the form or use the preview tool.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a few providers to run our service:
- Google — the preview tool uses Google's Gemini API to generate the render; the photo you upload is sent to Google for that purpose only.
- Our email provider — new-request notifications are delivered to us by email.
Retention
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and deliver the service, then deleted when no longer useful. Photos uploaded to the preview tool are not retained.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the secure admin area.
Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email info@wrappo.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
